COVID-19 Update

Information regarding COVID-19 Church Suspensions:

  1. First and foremost we want to keep ever present in front of you that we serve an awesome God, who is sovereign over all, including COVID-19, nothing about this has come as a surprise to God. Out of love for our community (including the youth and seniors of our fellowship), and support of our government, we are complying with the limits on in person gatherings. Continue to pray, continue reading the Word, be active on our social media pages to interact with the fellowship. We encourage you to continue to pray, stay grounded in God's Word, pay extra attention to your personal walk with God, and use this time to worship together as family. Use this as an opportunity to share the hope that is within you.
  2. All Sunday In-person Gatherings will be suspended until further notice. Sermons will be recorded and posted on Facebook, YouTube and our website. This decision was not made lightly, but with much prayer and consideration. We also want to stress that this is a limited response to a global pandemic, and in no way an endorsement of "virtual-church" as an acceptable means of assembling ourselves for the regular Lord's Day service.
  3. Sunday School is also suspended until further notice, we will resume with lesson 6.1 when we are able to return to normal activities.
  4. All Youth Activities will be suspended until further notice. This is in accordance with our standing policy that if schools cancel, youth activities cancel.
  5. Other studies such as Wednesday Night Men's & Women's studies, Tuesday Women's Bible Study, etc., are being held online via Zoom. See the individual ministry Facebook Group, or contact the church office for further information.
  6. If you know of those in the higher risk group in our fellowship or community, give them a call to let them know that they are loved, and thought of! If you know of someone who is in need of assistance please let us know, we have our newly formed JIM Team for such a time as this. We may be able to provide errand running, grocery shopping, and other helps to those in need.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
